In evircevir.com we have designed a system that ensures the quality of work done for customers whereas money payment guarantee for the translators.

Customer may choose one of three quality control mechanisms. These are:

  1. Without approval
  2. With approval
  3. Proof reading

Customer creates a project in order to collect offers from translators. After collecting offers he/she awards he job by considering the expertise, grades, comments, price of the translatoe. Requesting for approval is suggested to the customers which ensures the quality of the translation.

Critical and important translation may need proof reading as well, to check the tranlation line by line. Necessary corrections are done by evircevir.com if translations is labelled as "Proof Reading".

Without Approval, steps are as follows:

  1. When customer awards the translation project to a translator, he/she makes the payment of the project to evircevir.com bank account.
  2. After completion of the project, payment is transferred to the tranlator's bank account. (For the projects that does not require Approval, 6% service fee is deducted from the available payment)
  3. After completion of each work, translator receives comments and grades form evircevir.com and customer. Grades and comments are important for the upcoming projects that shows the quality of the work completed.

With Approval, steps are as follows:

  1. When customer awards the translation project to a translator, he/she makes the payment of the project to evircevir.com bank account.
  2. After the completion of the translation, evicevir.com approves the quality of the translation.
  3. If approval is given by evircevir.com for the project then payment is transferred to the tranlator's bank account. (For the projects that require Approval, 9% service fee is deducted from the available payment) If translation quality is not satisfactory then translator is tasked again to correct the translation. If correction is not satisfactory then the payment may be re-transfered to customer. Hence, customer receives the best quality for his/her payment.
  4. After completion of each work, translator receives comments and grades form evircevir.com and customer. Grades and comments are important for the upcoming projects that shows the quality of the work completed.

With Proof Reading, steps are as follows:

  1. When customer awards the translation project to a translator, he/she makes the payment of the project to evircevir bank account.
  2. After the completion of the translation, evicevir.com reads the translation line by line and correct necessary parts.
  3. If proof reading approval is given by evircevir.com for the project then payment is transferred to the tranlator's bank account. (For the projects that require Approval, 30% service fee is deducted from the available payment) If translation quality is not satisfactory even for corrections then translator is tasked again to correct the translation. If correction is not satisfactory then the payment may be re-transfered to customer. Hence, customer receives the best quality for his/her payment.
  4. After completion of each work, translator receives comments and grades form evircevir.com and customer. Grades and comments are important for the upcoming projects that shows the quality of the work completed.
